Orlando Pirates have announced that they will this week be unveiling their new home and away jersey for the upcoming 2009/10 season, which will be debuted at the 2009 Vodacom Challenge opener against English Premiership Manchester City in Polokwane on July 18. The unveiling of the jersey will take place at the Carlton Centre on July 15, and will be available countrywide at all adidas Concept Stores and at selected retail stores from Wednesday afternoon. Saturday’s match at the Peter Mokaba Stadium will be like a football fashion show, with Manchester City also set to officially unveil their new kit for the 2009/10 season. This will be the first time the club has ever undertaken a kit launch outside of England.
